This is a widely used common product especially in the ink industries. This can is extremely versatile as it can suit all kinds of Industries. The biscuit, peanuts and coffee companies have also used it. Our fully automated line can be further modified to accommodate different heights to suit your needs. This fully automated line can also manufacture at the top speed of up to 1,320 cans per hour or more than 11,000 cans per day.
Round
Pressure Lid Cans
This
product is not usually used in the food related industries. However, it
can be used in many other chemical industries, namely the paint market.
Our design of the 5 litres round cans utilises the European Technology
called the triple lock design to ensure a tighter fit of the covers. The
specially manufactured rim and compatible cover is designed to prevent
rust occurring during long storage, from contaminating the paint or chemical
product when it opened.
This type of can serves a primary function in the food-related industries. Confectionery industries like biscuits, flour, sweets, butter, ghee and spices, etc. This product is most valued in the electronic sector as they use our cans to pack and protect their electronic components for export.
This range of can includes pressure-lid cover for dried food products and secure screw caps or flexspouts closures for petrochemical, paints and solvents products. Other secure closures include tamper-proof snap caps ranging from 40 to100 mm diameter; compliance to JIS. Suitable for export of dangerous goods. Commercial capacity for this group ranges from 250 ml to 20 L.
The Conical pails are catered for commercial capacity above 20 L. With its unique stackable feature, it contributes to easy storage. Our range of closures include Open-top cover, 40 - 70 mm screw-cap, snap caps and 100 mm seal-cap. With such flexibility, the pails are ultimately suitable for the Paints, Construction, Ink, Adhesive, Solvents & Chemicals industries.
